Editing the weather forecast for Ceefax in London for one of the last times

The analogue television signal is to be switched off in London on Wednesday.

That means an end to Ceefax, the BBC’s teletext service, transmitted via analogue.

The BBC Red Button service will become the alternative.

This week, I reported on the how Chinese expats are celebrating Chinese new year in London, and the cuts being made to the London allowance given to members of the armed forces.
